BUP Career Club organizes its annual general member recruitment every year in search of hard-working and skillful people who yearn to grow with the team. BUP Career Club successfully organized Board-In 2019 from 29th January till 9th February, 2019 with the same goal. The recruitment was executed in three phases starting with the online application; the first stage of the recruitment. Moving on to the Focus Group Discussion; the second stage intended to stimulate real-life applications into jobs. Finally the interview round where the students were personally assessed by our senior panel. From the 533 applications received, only 64 people could hurdle through to the final stage joining the club.
