Board-In 2017 of BUP Career Club unfolded on the 3rd of April, 2017. It built a dimensional platform for the students to be recruited for becoming a part of the club. The recruitment process consisted of three stages, namely online registration, assessment task and final interview. A total of 317 students applied for the online registration by dropping their CVs. Among those, 170 were selected for the assessment round where their aptitudes were put to test by creating real-time situations. From that pool of 170, 80 competitors made it to the final interview which replicated corporate-like interview scenarios. With the final interview being the toughest of the stages, 47 competitors made the cut to secure their pass to be a part of the BUP Career Club.
