The final stretch of academic life often blurs the line between excitement and the uncertainty of what comes next. Countless graduates step into the professional world unaware of the possibilities around them, while others struggle to find the right direction to follow, leading to the foundation of BUP Career Club.
Founded by
Asif Ahmed Tonmoy
Determined to quell the growing uncertainty among students stepping into the career landscape, BUP Career Club came to life by the initiative of Asif Ahmed Tonmoy, who now serves as a Global EDP Specialist at OXFAM Great Britain.

BUP Career Club aims to serve as a key platform for strengthening the alliance between academia and industry. Acting as the primary point of contact with leading organizations, the club actively facilitates recruitment processes by placing graduates in structured assessment systems with prospective companies. In addition, it remains committed to preparing students with the skills and expertise essential to succeed in diverse professional settings.
Every year, BUP Career Club organizes four signature events that define its legacy. BUP Career and Education Fest, its flagship event, brings together top companies for a three-day job fair and insightful seminars. MIC - Make It Count is a prestigious public speaking competition that attracts talented speakers from all over the country. BUP Career Edge offers intensive workshops designed to enhance the skill sets of undergraduate and graduate students. Lastly, Board-In serves as the club’s annual recruitment event. Alongside these, the club regularly arranges seminars, webinars, and roadshows featuring renowned organizations and industry leaders to further enrich students’ career journeys.Through these initiatives, BUP Career Club continues to shape pathways for students to step confidently into their professional lives.
