Our comprehensive three-round selection process

Round 1

CV Submission

The first step highlights candidates academic and skill strengths. Selected candidates move forward based on their qualifications, achievements, and potential.

Round 2

Focused Group Discussion

A focused group discussion to assess candidates communication and critical thinking skills. This round evaluates how well you work in teams and express your ideas.

Round 3

Interview

Individual interviews are conducted to evaluate candidates ability to take initiative and their fit with the club`s goals. This is your chance to showcase your passion and vision.
