RANCON Properties is hiring an Architect (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager) to lead and execute design projects that combine creativity, functionality, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications required for construction.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
- Work with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure feasibility and accurate execution.
- Oversee construction phases to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and project delivery experience.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and construction practices.
