Designation: Business Development intern
JOB SUMMARY
UCB Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Commercial Bank PLC, specializing in managing open-end mutual funds including equity, fixed income-focused, and shariah-compliant funds is looking for full-time Business Development Interns. This internship offers aspiring professionals an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Marketing and Sales within the dynamic investment and asset management industry. You will be closely mentored by industry veterans and will contribute to impactful initiatives across client acquisition, market research, promotional campaigns, and investment education.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales outreach activities, including lead communication and client onboarding
- Maintain CRM data and assist in reporting client engagement metrics
- Conduct industry and competitor research to support strategic planning
- Participate in corporate and retail investor engagement initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for mutual fund products
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, investor brochures, and digital content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute branding and promotional activities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Undergraduate students (3rd year/final year) or fresh graduates from Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or similar background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
