Designation: Senior Executive – Supply Chain
JOB SUMMARY
RANCON Infrastructures & Engineering Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive – Supply Chain to manage procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations. The role requires strategic thinking, supplier management, and operational excellence to ensure cost efficiency and reliable supply of materials

Salary: BDT 40,000 – 45,000

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and quotation collection of necessary materials and supplies based on product demand.
- Ensure multiple supplier options for each item and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality and pricing.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives by developing new sources and building long-term business relationships.
- Prepare daily and monthly procurement reports to identify and close operational gaps.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of requested materials.
- Handle foreign purchases (PO issuance, PI collection, LC processing, ETD/ETA monitoring).
- Plan and manage inventory, procurement, and distribution for cost efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Supply Chain.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of prefabrication steel and solar will be an added advantage.
