Designation: Officer, Visual Merchandising
JOB SUMMARY
As an Officer, Visual Merchandising, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing impactful in-store displays and branding that drive customer engagement and sales. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance aesthetics with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Highlight product features, benefits, and presentation to attract and engage customers
- Design and implement eye-catching visual displays across store layouts, windows, signage, and promotional zones
- Develop window displays, signs, floor plans, and festive/seasonal themes to enhance the shopping experience
- Update and modify displays to align with new product launches, campaigns, or events
- Conduct research on design trends, lifestyle, and customer demographics to support visual merchandising strategies
- Ensure all in-store branding is consistent with company guidelines
- Train sales teams on maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Rearrange signage, point-of-sale areas, and displays to maximize product visibility and sell-through
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Fine Arts or Marketing
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active involvement in extra-curricular activities will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of visual merchandising concepts and display techniques is an advantage
